Returns and refunds policy Dilampo.nl

It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you would not want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.

After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are at your own expense.

To return products, you can request a shipping label from us via the contact form . For this we charge €8.50 shipping costs per package. These costs will be deducted from the return amount.

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging will be returned to the entrepreneur. To make use of this right, you can request a return label via the contact form . We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try the product, we can charge you for this reduction in value of the product. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged when returning it.

Is there another problem with your Dilampo order?

If we have accidentally delivered the wrong product, the product is damaged or defective, you can of course also submit a return request.

Please describe in detail what the problem is. Our customer service team will review your request as soon as possible. We may ask you for more information and/or photos. In the event of an error on our part or a defective or damaged product, we will reimburse the shipping costs. You can then choose to receive a new product or your money back.

1: Click here or on the profile icon at the top of the website.

2: Enter the email address you used when placing your order.

3: You will receive a code on your email address. Fill in that code and you will automatically enter your own Dilampo environment with an overview of your order(s).

4: You can submit a return request per product there.

5: Our customer service team will process your request as soon as possible.
